About us

At With Care, we believe every loved one deserves to be remembered with dignity, tenderness, and presence, even when life makes visiting difficult.

We are Katie and Mike, and With Care was created from our own personal experience. After visiting our families graves following the holidays, we were saddened to see how many memorials had been left unattended.

 It made us realise how difficult regular visits can be for some families, whether because of distance, health, or the emotional weight that remembrance can carry.                  We also saw how important it is for loved ones to feel remembered and cared for, even between family visits.

That experience inspired us to create With Care, a small local service dedicated to gentle memorial upkeep. Every visit is carried out with thoughtfulness and respect. We clean carefully, tend flowers gently, and take a quiet moment of reflection at every memorial we visit. For families who wish their loved one had more visitors, we offer reassurance that someone is there in their place when they cannot be.

Every memorial we care for is treated as if it were part of our own family, with dignity, respect, and full transparency. Nothing we do is rushed, impersonal, or intrusive.

For us, this work is deeply personal. It is about compassion, continuity, and helping families feel connected to those they love, even when circumstances make that difficult.
